General soft play does not need to be booked. Simply visit Adventure Zone during our opening hours, pay on arrival and let the children get straight into the fun. At weekends and during school holidays, a two-hour maximum stay applies.

These are our standard Adventure Zone opening hours. Holiday periods, private events or exceptional circumstances may occasionally affect them, so please check our latest social updates before making a special journey.
A slightly later start and earlier finish. A two-hour maximum stay applies on Sundays and throughout school holidays. If you are meeting friends or family, please arrive and queue together.
We may occasionally close earlier for a private party, event or essential venue work. Any important changes will be shared through our social channels as early as possible.
Maximum two-hour stay during busy periods
At weekends and throughout school holidays, Adventure Zone operates a maximum stay of two hours. Please bear this in mind when planning to meet friends or family at the venue.
Guests arriving later cannot jump the queue or enter simply because someone they know is already inside. To give your whole group the best chance of entering together, please arrive and join the queue together.

General soft play is run on a walk-in basis. There is no online booking system for ordinary visits, so simply arrive during our opening hours and our team will get you checked in. At weekends and during school holidays, visits are limited to two hours.

Finding us
Adventure Zone is on Level 2 of Rugby Central Shopping Centre.
Food and drink
Outside food and drink are not permitted, except baby food and genuine medical requirements. Please tell the team when you arrive.
Stay close
Our café seating sits within the secure soft-play perimeter, with food, cold drinks, snacks and Lavazza coffee available.
Meeting other people
Please arrive and queue together. Guests arriving later cannot jump the queue to meet people who are already inside.
