The Zone is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information you provide to us on our Website. We believe it is important for you to know how we treat the information you share with us. Your email address and all other personal information is collected only when you voluntarily provide that data while registering for activities such as online ordering or participating in surveys.

Bowling Footwear Policy
Adequate shoes must be worn for bowling. No open-toed shoes, high heels, flip-flops, Crocs or wellies are permitted on the bowling approach. If these shoes are worn to the site, you must wear the bowling shoes provided for the duration of your game.
Guests wearing excessively dirty footwear may also be asked to remove them and wear the bowling shoes provided to maintain hygiene and cleanliness on the lanes.
It is advised that you bring your own socks if required, but pop socks may be available to buy at reception.

Exclusion Policy
If you or a member of your party is listed on the Warwickshire Retail Crime Initiative (Pub Watch W.R.C.I), you will not be permitted to enter the venue (Strikes Bar / The Adventure Zone). You or the member of your party will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
Rugby Central Shopping Centre also has its own exclusion list and reserves the right to ban individuals from the premises. This means that affected individuals will not be able to access Strikes Bar / The Adventure Zone. Again, any such person will be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.
Strikes Bar / The Adventure Zone also maintains an internal exclusion list. If you have been banned from the venue, you will not be allowed to enter and will be asked to leave with no refunds issued.

Booking Amendments
Please note that a £5 administration fee will be applied to any bookings that require a change in date or time. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with adjusting your reservation. We recommend confirming your preferred date and time at the time of booking to avoid incurring this additional charge. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time or cancellation without refund, depending on availability and operational flow.

Parking Validation
We are pleased to offer complimentary parking for our customers who park in the Rugby Central multi-storey car park. Simply present your parking token, and we will validate one token per eligible booking made with Strikes Bar.
Please note: Parking validation is only available for customers who have pre-booked online. This offer is no longer valid for walk-in bookings.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Under 18s Policy
Customers under the age of 18 are welcome in The Adventure Zone and Strikes Bar until 8pm.
After 8pm, the venue operates a strict over 18s policy – no under 18s will be permitted entry, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult.
All under 18s visiting before 8pm are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. Disruptive, abusive, or antisocial behavior – including towards staff, other guests, or the venue – will not be tolerated.
Any under 18s who display inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave immediately. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from the premises. As they are minors, the matter will be referred to Warwickshire Police, and a banning letter will be hand-delivered to a parent or guardian by the police.

Alcohol Policy
Strikes Bar operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo ID is required when purchasing alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or aggressive.
No alcohol may be brought onto the premises from outside. Anyone found consuming outside alcohol will be asked to leave without refund.

Behavior Policy
We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward staff, other customers, and the venue. Any aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the premises without refund and may lead to a permanent ban.
Damage to Property & Liability
Customers are responsible for any willful or negligent damage to the venue, its facilities, or equipment. We reserve the right to recover the costs of any repairs or replacements as a result of such damage.

Food & Drink Policy
Only food and beverages purchased from The Adventure Zone or Strikes Bar may be consumed on site.
Exceptions may be made for baby food or allergy-specific dietary requirements by prior agreement with management.

Offers & Promotions
All promotional offers, discounts, or deals advertised online, in print, or in-venue are subject to availability and may be time-limited.
All offers and promotions must be pre-booked online via our website to be valid. Walk-in bookings will not qualify.
We reserve the right to amend or remove any offer or promotion at any time, without prior notice.
