In response to Covid-19 and the Government regulations relating to indoor venues and soft play, we have had to make changes to our centre.

On re-opening we have reviewed our risk assessments and procedures and implemented a number of new measures to keep our customers and staff safe whilst adhering to the guidelines.

Temperature Checks

On entry to the centre all staff and customers will be required to have their temperature checked using a non-contact infra-red thermometer and their hands sanitised.

If anyone in your group is displaying signs of a high fever (37.8 degrees Celsius or greater), we will  rearrange your visit for a future date. No refunds will be given.

Reduced Customer Capacity

We have reduced the amount of people in the building at any one time so that social distancing can be adhered to.

Face Coverings

The Government ruling regarding face coverings for indoor play centres requires face coverings to be worn by adults and children over the age of 11 except when seated to eat and drink.

Pre-booked sessions

We are now running sessions with arrival times which can/must be booked online.

All tickets must be booked online in advance. Anyone arriving without a booking will unfortunately be turned away.

Social Distancing

We have removed alot of tables and chairs from the cafe seating area to enable social distancing.

Any children that cannot practice social distancing on their own must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Perspex Screens at Reception and the Café

We have installed screens at the points where staff and customers come into direct contact to minimise this contact.

Hand Sanitiser

We now  have multiple hand sanitiser units throughout the centre for your regular use. You will now also have to have your hands sanitised before entering the play frame.

Touchpoint and Enhanced Cleaning Measures

We have introduced regular touch point cleaning of all the high use points throughout the day.

We have also enhanced our cleaning schedules for all areas of the centre at intervals throughout the day.

Other Things that are Different

We have taken out all the balls from the ball pit and removed some loose play items from the baby area, for the short term we have also removed the foam balls from the cannon area. Any loose equipment still in the centre will be sterilised throughout the day.
